Waduhhh... dah lama gak login ke Cilegon... kok malah error
Server-nya.... --> Ubuntu Server + Zimbra.
Nah loh.... Dah lupa username dan password-nya. Mo cari di komputer... kelamaan... Minta aja aahh sama orang Cilegon...
Dah dikirim....... Oke.. bisa login pakai terminal ke server sono.
Lihat lihat history command yang sudah di execute.... Normal normal saja
Cek Log file..... Linux log file --> OK (dmesg |more )
Cek Zimbra Log file --> can not connect saslauthd --> warning: SASL authentication failure: cannot connect to saslauthd server: No such file or directory
Oke... oke... ada masalah nihhh...
Dapat khabar.... tidak ada yang bisa akses zimbra-nya
1. Pakai port 7071 --> tidak bisa
2. Pakai Email Client --> tanya password mulu
3. Pakai Email Client port yang non-secure --> bisa tapi tetap tanya password.
Cek status zimbra-nya
$ sudo /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol status
Ketahuan apa-apa yang tidak jalan.....
Pakai command prompt, coba untuk start dan stop zimbra
$ sudo /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol stop
$ sudo /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol start
Ketahuan error-nya pas starting service2-nya
Tanya mbah Google
Kethuan, masalahnya ada di certificate
Harus di reinstall certificate-nya
Pakai http://www.zimbra.com/forums/administrators/47631-solved-urgent-please-unable-determine-enabled-services-ldap.html
Plus.... tanya temen yang biasa re-install certificate..... Dapat manualnya yang untuk centOS dan sebangsanya.
Oke.... crosscheck command antara web dan manual.... sama kok.
Check command2nya apakah ada di Zimbra-Ubuntu..... Checked... ada semua...
Tinggal jalankan satu-satu command....
Dan happy ending deh...
Ditelpon kembali sama orang Cilegon..... waahhhhhhh ini sihhh ulang tahun aku install itu Zimbra.... wakakakakakaka. Mesti dirayain nihh... :-). Si orang Cilegon ketawa.. .:-)
Moral of the story :
1. Certificate SSL --> biasanya by default untuk setahun.
2. Kalau mau jahat --> ikutin saja defaultnya.... dan terus ditinggal itu konsumen....
3. Kalau baik-nya --> After installation check list --> make sure that re install the Certificate, and make 10 years lifetime (they should change their server in ten years right ?..... otherwise, do you really want to use oldie goodie for your company ? ;-)
